The Coolerguys120mm Steel Mesh Filter Grill (Black) is a multi-purpose accessory, ideal for use in various applications such as computer cases, servers, and other electronic equipment. This fan grill has a thin, domed shape with a 1.5 mm hole diameter and 0.5mm spacing between each hole to ensure maximum airflow while preventing dust buildup. It is particularly suitable for use as a blowhole on the top of any case, as its small holes are designed to prevent unwanted materials, such as dust or water, from passing through.
The uniform mesh is made up of a high hole surface area, which allows maximum airflow while minimizing noise. Although it appears more "stuffed" than a traditional fan grill, its hole-to-surface ratio is exceptionally high. Additionally, it features a black powder-coated finish that gives it a sleek matte black/silver color for a discreet and camouflage look on any black/silver surface.
The fan grill is easy to install and fits most 120mm fans, making it a versatile and essential accessory for any computer or electronics enthusiast. Its steel structure makes it effortless to clean and remove dust from the filter.
Installation: For case fans, it should be mounted between the fan and the case. You have to disassemble the case fan if the fan is already mounted on your case.
